I love this kitchen with the beautiful tile backsplash. I dig it!. Designer Jane Coslick knows how to sooth a southern summer. Don't you love her colors.
I personally love the colors but have a very hard time creating with them. Why? I just don't know. I want to--I really want to! I have even separated my tiles into those colors and bought the paints, but still haven't pulled it off like I want. PATIENTS! I tell myself. I guess you will have to stay tuned to see if I can create the "fresh" look. Any advice? While I have your attention, I like to share another thought with you. I am looking to start a series of paintings and mosaics...maybe on the smaller side. I'll talk about it more soon. Thanks for listening to my rambles.

I recently received two recommendations on color Itten's, The Art of Color and Joseph Alber's, Interaction of Color. I've been thinking I want to get some better skills there. I also have some info from Coverings regarding color that I'll e-mail you!
